Request for access to public information

In accordance with the information that has not been made available in the Bulletin of public information is made available at the request of the person concerned. Sharing information at the request of the following "without undue delay", not later than within 14 days from the date of submission of the application. If this is not possible, must be communicated to the applicant within that period, of the reasons for delays in the transmission of information and the new date, not more than 2 months. If the information can be transmitted as soon as possible in the form of oral or written, the person requesting the information does not make a written request. The institution providing the information is required to enable it to copy, print, send, or transfer to a commonly used medium. If, as a result of making it available to the public at the request of the person obliged to provide has to bear the additional costs associated with the proposal way to make (print, photocopy, copy to CD, etc.), the entity may charge the applicant a fee in the amount corresponding to the costs.
