The internal structure of the City of Szczecin results from the Organizational Regulations of the City of Szczecin annexed to the Regulation No. 96/12 Mayor of Szczecin on 1 March 2012 on the Organizational Regulations of the City of Szczecin (changes: Ordinance No. 361/12 Mayor of Szczecin 30 July 2012; Ordinance No. 131/13 of the President of Szczecin dated 26 March 2013).
