Article. 61.

A citizen has the right to obtain information about the activities of public authorities and persons performing public functions. This right includes also obtain information on the activities of the economic and professional self-government bodies and other persons and bodies, in so far as they perform tasks of public authority and are the property of the estate or the municipal Treasury.

The right to obtain information includes access to documents and access to the sittings public authorities from the general elections, with the possibility of sound or image.

The right referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2, may be purely for the sake of as set out in laws protect freedom and rights of other people and businesses and the protection of public order, safety or important economic interest of the State.

Mode for the provision of information referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall be fixed by law, and with regard to the Sejm and Senate of their rules.
